By accessing this platform, placing an order, or booking lab diagnostic care with Electronix Doctors, you agree to abide by the commercial guidelines and dispatch protocols detailed herein.

To guarantee factory-sealed serial number registry, clean-room laboratory inspection, and anti-tamper courier transit, all orders must be prepaid in full before dispatch via our official Axis Bank account or verified UPI QR gateway.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered to protect high-value computing hardware in transit.
• Payment receipts and screenshot uploads are manually verified by our billing desk prior to shipping approval.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST qualify for same-day laboratory bench-testing and courier handover.

• Local & Metro Delivery: Konnagar and Greater Kolkata metro deliveries typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
• Pan-India Express: Tier-1 and Tier-2 destinations across India arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
• Location-Based Rates: Shipping and express courier charges are calculated according to the destination PIN code.

Every machine, workstation, and custom rig sold by Electronix Doctors undergoes mandatory clean-room laboratory inspection before transit.

• Thermal & Stress Validation: Continuous full-load benchmark testing verifying thermal dissipation and peak clock performance.
• Component & Display Check: 100% genuine parts verification, zero dead-pixel screen calibration, and battery retention tests.
• Clean OS & Zero-Bloatware: Official clean operating system installation with updated drivers and diagnostic benchmark report.

If a received product arrives with hardware defects or courier transit damage, notify our team within 7 days of delivery. Upon lab verification, a replacement unit or full invoice refund will be processed.

All disputes, transactions, and commercial contracts are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal.
